- Insurance
McDonald's Insurance Program is a medical payments plan with options for vision, dental, disability and accidental death coverages. It is available for employee only, employee plus one or family. Premiums are paid through payroll deductions.
- Annual Bonus
A bonus of 2, 3 or 4%, based on length of service, is available to employees who work 1000 hours during a plan year and are employed for the entire plan year.
- Bucks for Books
College and university students are eligible for reimbursement of the cost of text books up to $100 per calendar year.
- Free Uniforms
A minimum of two complete uniforms are supplied to hourly crew uniforms.
- Shoes for Crews Discount
Work shoes from "Shoes for Crews" may be ordered and paid through payroll deduction. A $5.00 discount is offered.

- Major Medical Insurance
Major medical coverage is available the first of the month after certification as a Shift Manager. Dental and vision coverages are also available. Term life insurance in the amount of $10,000 is also available.
- Shift Manager Annual Bonus
Shift Managers recieve an annual bonus of 2, 4 or 6% of pay for hour worked in a plan year. All other annual bonus criteria apply.
