A $25 bonus will be paid to any employee who recruits and refers someone into a crew position at this McDonald's. To be eligible for the bonus, the referred employee must work at an acceptable level for 60 days.

Whether you need early morning, midday, nights, or weekends we can work with your schedule. We also offer the ability to request off for school events, trips with family and friends, family coming from out of town, etc.

We offer a 50% discount on your meal when on duty, and a 10% discount when off duty.

At least once a year, we will put together a special activity for the crew.

Many advancement opportunities exist for diligent, hard working employees. Positions include crew trainer, swing manager, assistant manager, and store manager. Our exclusive source of advancement is from within our existing pool of employees.

We offer free meals while you are on duty, and a 10% discount if you are off duty.

Full time swing managers are entitled to one week of paid vacation.

We offer a schedule that is laid out 6 weeks at a time. You can request off for certain weekends or days in the middle of the week. You will know far in advance what days you have off.

Once a year, typically in the summer, the store manager takes all the swing managers out for a day of food and fun.

We offer free meals when both on and off duty.

Salaried managers are entitled to two weeks of paid vacation. We offer three weeks at 5 years.

Once a year, the owner takes all the salaried managers on an annual outing.

We offer a monthly bonus program, paid quarterly, for meeting store profitability goals.
