  For all certification Shift managers and crew with over 5 years of service, we will pay half the cost of your health insurance premiums should you choose the plan we offer.

• Food

  While working, managers can enjoy your meals free of charge and crew for 1/2 price. Provided that they are consumed on the premises.

• Cash Incentive

  Once per quarter there is an opportunity to earn a cash incentive payment provided the restaurant met certain criteria and targets,

• Vacation

  Managers and Crew are eligable for up to 4 weeks paid vacation per year depending on time in service and position.
